Mon - 6 sluggish miles, core class
Tues - 7 miles with speedwork ladder
Wed - 8 easy miles
Thurs - 4 recovery miles
Fri  - off
Sat - 6.1 total miles with 5K in the rain, wind, cold - 22:09
Sun - 15.11 total miles with a paced Half Marathon in 2:09:24 (2:10 Pacer)

WTD: 46.21

YTD: 1588
