So you were walking for the 10K, right?  That's my kind of time.

Mon - Return from NYC
Tues - Rest
Wed - Core class
Thurs - 3.4 recovery, very slow miles
Fri - Core class
Sat - 7.5 easy, slow miles
Sun - 6 easy slow miles

WTD: 17 miles

YTD: 1751
