Mon     -             Sick, cold
Tue     -             Sick, cold
Wed   3.1  race  53°F Bumble Bee 5K 27:20 (ran easy, did not race)
Thu     6  easy  59°F Sick, cold, but ran anyway
Fri     -             Sick, cold, travel day
Sat     -             Sick, cold
Sun     -             Sick, cold, but on the mend.
Week    9
YTD     0             2015 total: 1823. That's not enough.
                      It's time to hit the road!
