Mon - 4.5 easy in the very cold temps, icy
Tues - Core class then PRK
Wed - Fri - Nothing
Sat - 3 easy on hotel dreadmill, kept HR low so as not too get sweat in eye
Sun - 4.5 easy same drill as yesterday
WTD - 12 total
