Mon - 4.5 easy in the very cold temps, icy
Tues - Core class  then PRK
Wed - Fri - Nothing
Sat - 3 easy on hotel dreadmill,  kept HR low so as not too get sweat in eye
Sun - 4.5 easy same drill as yesterday

WTD - 12 total

F - 5.8mi run w/ 400/800/1200/600 hard + 1hr20min bike w/ accidental participation in the Noon Goon race ride
S - weights
S - 5.5mi run
