This week: A big ZERO....
My knee has been bothering me some since CIM and it felt like I had some swelling / fluid build-up so I went and saw my orthopedist and he drained the fluid. Took quite a bit out and he suggested I wait a few days to run again. Knee feels better, with the occasional popping sensation one gets at my age and after 3 surgeries on the knee.
I'll give it a go on Tuesday.

Last week before I have PRK on my right eye next Tuesday.
Mon - 4 easy miles (after returning from FL)
Tues - 6 total miles done as 6 x hill (2 min climb)
Wed - 40 min on Bike trainer
Thurs - 7 wonderful miles; core class
Fri - Day off
Sat - 12.5 miles in the drizzle but warm temps
Sun - 6.2 miles in a downpour
WTD: 35.7 miles
