M - 3.7mi run + weights
T - 20min trainer spin
W - weights
Th - off
F - 9mi run before the snow hit
S - 2mi snowy hike + weights
S - 5.7mi in 0-24" of snow; hike/run

Sorry about the snow - well not 100% sorry, but I only have a couple of inches -so I'm sorry for the 16 more that you guys have.
Mon - Day off
Tues - 3.5 easy on mill, still keeping pace slow too keep sweat down
Wed - 5 easy indoors (very cold and snowing), Core work (Contact removed from eye - good to go now)
Thurs - 8 outside in the cold temps and light snow, felt good
Fri - Work with trainer
Sat - 15.17 long run pace over a hilly course, cold, windy!, and light snow
Sun - 5.22 easy recovery miles in the SUNSHINE
WTD: 37.42
Mon - Day off
Tues - 3.5 easy on mill, still keeping pace slow too keep sweat down
Wed - 5 easy indoors (very cold and snowing), Core work (Contact removed from eye - good to go now)
