Starting Boston buildup

Mon - 8 easy; core class
Tues - 7.34 - 4 miles @LT; work w/trainer
Wed - 30 min on bike trainer
Thurs - 5.15 easy; work w/trainer
Fri - 2 mile warm up then stretch class
Sat - 16.1 easy miles
Sun - 6.1 recovery miles

WTD: 44.69 miles

YTD: 140 miles (last year I did 141 miles in Jan - so I'm happy considering I had 5 days off for eye surgery)

Late to the party.

M - 3.9mi run + weights
T - 15min trainer (called into work) + 4mi run
W - 45min trainer + weights
Th - 9.2mi run
F - weights
S - 2.5hr ride in beautiful Orange County
S - nap

87mi for January.  Wanting 95-100 for Feb.

That grinding sound your hearing is me trying to get my body started back up. Might need jumper cables.

Mon: 7.2 mile road run at low HR
Tue: 20 minutes strength work, 2.6 mile walk
Wed: 3.1 miles barefoot
Thu: Rest (Skipped run to get new shoes, but they ordered the wrong #$@! size.)
Fri: Rest
Sat: Rest
Sun: 3.1 miles on the trail with Alita, walking

Week: 16 miles
