See you got out there more this week, Kevin - must be snow free.  We most definitely are - for now at least.

Mon - No running, core class
Tues - 6.2 easy miles followed by striders; Weights & core
Wed - 10.5 hilly miles (65F!!!!!!!! - wore shorts & short sleeves)
Thurs - 5.5 recovery miles; Weights & core
Fri - No running, Stretch Class, 45 min on Bike trainer
Sat - 14 miles total - 2 warm up, 10 @ MP (slightly faster or I'm not sure where I'm at), 2 cool down.
Sun - 6.1 recovery miles - made sure to stay slow - 9:50 pace

WTD:  42.3 miles

Hmm, was thinking MP should be 8:40 or so as Boston is always a challenge due to winter, but we have not had too much winter yet. Was surprised at the 8:29 overall pace, but the APT is mostly flat (there are two decent hills and you go up/over them each 2x in miles 5-6 and 9-10) - decided that Boston MP should probably still be closer to the 8:40 and not the 8:20 from CBus.

We are indeed snow-free, save a few patches left where it was piled during the storm.  Supposed to get a dusting on Tuesday, though.

M - 7.3mi run w/ 25min progressive tempo (from GA--->10k pace); flight back to DC
T - weights
W - 10min bike trainer, interrupted
Th - off
F - 1hr30min bike
S - off
S - 1hr30min bike
