Su - 5mi w/ Wendy, Tim, Amelia, Rowan, and Aileen

Oh, and we got a dog!  Goodbye sleep, hello paranoia.

Mon  - Day off, core class
Tues - 8 miles of track work (3K,2K,1K,800m) Warm up and cool down
Wed - Easy 10 miles, work with Jake
Thurs - 16 miles w/12@ MP
Fri - Stretch Class
Sat - Twisted ankle on way to airport, fly to DR
Sun - No run
