Mon  - 4.4 miles easy and slow to test ankle in DR
Tues - 5.5 miles with striders in DR, ankle better
Wed - No running, stomach bug
Thurs - travel day
Fri - 6 easy with hills, ankle better
Sat - 20 slow miles mostly flat to protect ankle, last 5 fastest miles
Sun - 5 recovery miles, a bit sore and kept run at 10 min pace

WTD - 41 miles

Ankle is better - should be good to go for Sunday's race

Very late to the party.

M - 0
T - 4.25mi run home from work
W - 0
Th - 1hr ride to + 1hr ride from work
F - 1hr30min race ride
S - 0
S - 0

Lots of walking with the new pup, too.  He's not quite at running level yet, given his 4-month-old attention span.
