Weekly Recap:
Mon – Core class; No running
Tues - Work with Jake on the ankle; 6.2 miles with Group on track – Workout 3 x 1000m 5K pace; 2 x 400 3K pace
Wed - Easy 8 miles Avg. 9:10 pace
Thurs – 5 recovery miles with 10 x 20 sec striders
Fri – Travel to NYC
Sat – 3 miles in the park
Sun – 2 miles warm up; NYC Half Marathon 1:39:49 Official time Have not broken 1:40 since Houston in 2012
WTD: 37.4 miles
Mon – Core class; No running
