Winds were stupid today, Kevin.  Nice job toughing it out.

M - 3.4mi very easy
T - 3.5mi very easy; commute home
W - 3.3mi very easy
Th - 1hr easy + 1hr easy bike commute
F - off
S - 3.8mi very easy; commute home
S - 2hr bike, stupid cold, stupid wind, broke my rear derailleur cable

Week - 14.1mi + 4hr bike

Hmm, winds are what I run into every day - come live on Lake Erie.  JK - Nice work, Kevin!

Mon - Day off
Tues - 7.2 miles total  Speedwork - 3K, 2K,1K, 800 m with group - 7:30 down to 6:55 pace for 800m
Wed - Recovery 5 miles
Thurs - 10 miles easy in rain and wind, then sun and wind; Work with Jake
Fri - Day off
Sat - 14.2 hilly miles, long run pace
Sun - Recovery 5 miles

WTD: 41.4 miles 

End 1st week of taper
