Kevin - April's been stupid after March's balmy days.
M - 3.4mi easy
T - 5.6mi commute from work to bike shop + 15min bike home
W - off
Th - 1hr bike to work, 1hr bike home
F - 3.8mi easy
S - 3.2mi easy
S - 2hr10min moderately hard group ride
Week - 16mi run + 4hr10min bike
M - 3.4mi easy
T - 5.6mi commute from work to bike shop + 15min bike home
W - off
Th - 1hr bike to work, 1hr bike home
F - 3.8mi easy
S - 3.2mi easy
S - 2hr10min moderately hard group ride

Thought I could escape the snow by travelling to Nashville, but it wasn't above 50F there and there was wind and some rain too
Week of 4/4
Mon - Day off; Core class
Tues - 7 total miles 4 x 1200 roughly but we had to do them on a "measured" path in the park. These felt very tough.
Wed - 8 miles easy in the light rain and wind, mid 50s 9:23 pace
Thurs - 2 easy miles before core work with Jake
Fri - 5.4 easy, hilly miles in Nashville, cool around 45F 9:09 average pace
Sat - 11 hilly miles, long run pace, windy, rain, sun, you name it
Sun - Travel home, snowy so no run - doesn't matter now anyway.
WTD: 33 miles
Week of 4/4
Mon - Day off; Core class
