Sun     -        52°F Rained out* ... no half marathon for me today.
Week   20             *This was my choice ... the Potomac River Run Marathon
YTD   397              was held on the C&O canal towpath in a deluge.

T - 5.3mi easy commute run
W - off
Th - moderate 1hr commute bike + moderate 55min commute bike
F - 7.1mi easy run
S - 6.1mi fartlek (through hordes of tourists in GT) run commute
S - 3.2mi easy run w/ 3x strides and Aileen

Week - 27.9mi run + 1hr55min bike

1st Week of Training for my Half IM.  With my crazy schedule in May, just trying to fit things in before I go out of town for various graduations, a trip to Alaska with my daughter, and then a week in early June to get her moved to TN.  Mike you should be happy as I have been riding - slow, but riding.

Mon - 21 miles Cycling; Core class
Tues - 1400 yds Swimming; Core work with trainer, 5 miles Running
Wed - 14 miles Cycling; Core class
Thurs - 1400 yds Swimming; Core work with trainer
Fri - Day off
Sat - 6.2 miles Running; 31 miles Cycling
Sun - 1600 yds Swimming 

WTD:  66 miles Cycling; 11.2 miles Running; 4400 yds (2.5 miles) Swimming

It sure does feel weird not to run everyday, but the other stuff is tiring, and when I travel, running is about all I can do.

Was happy with the 31 miles as I average 15 mph which is pretty good with the stops on the bike path for crossings.
