Kevin - May has been stupid, it's alright.

M - 7mi easy
T - 5.8mi recovery
W - off
Th - 1hr10min bike commute + 1hr bike commute + 3.45mi recovery run
F - 9.05mi easy
S - 6.55mi recovery w/ 5x hill sprints
S - 1hr30min rained out group ride + 3mi recovery later?

Week - 32-35mi + 3hr40min ride
