Mon     - 
Tue     - 
Wed     - 
Thu     -            
Cleared by cardiologist to slowly ease back into training.†
Fri     -             Cut β blocker (Metoprolol) from 50mg to 25mg/day. Hooah!
Sat     -             Plyometric & Core routine.
Sun     5  slow  81°F Hot town, summer in the city.
Week    5
YTD   541            
† I'll monitor adverse indications, take care not to fall (I could bleed
                      out due to anti-platelet drug Plavix) and be on statins to lower LDL
                      for the foreseeable future. Into the Brave New World.

                      Good to see Tim C back on the roads, Mike back on the trails
                      and 1L prepping massively for a half IronMan!

Nice to hear!  Keep it easy and you'll be fine.  Just being able to be outside and exercising is a blessing.

4 runs this week totaling about 6 miles.  cheers  I'll take it.

Thanks for the shout out Kevin - keep on the healing track.

Mon - 2400 yds swim
Tues - 42 miles bike with intervals; 1500 yd Swim Class
Wed - 6 miles with 5 x 800m
Thurs - 25 miles easy bike; 2000 yds pool; Gym work
Fri - Easy recovery 12 miles on bike (very warm)
Sat - 100K Biking (longest ride ever at 62.36 miles!) followed immediately by 4 miles running
Sun - 11.5 miles running, easy in the heat and humidity

Bike: 141.36 miles
Swim: 5900 yds
Run: 21.5 miles

Week 4 of Pfitz 18/55

M - off
T - 8mi easy/hilly
W - 5.1mi recovery
Th - 10mi hot/very hilly/legsplosion
F - off
S - 4mi recovery
S - 1.5mi recovery with the dog*

*Scheduled 15mi wasn't gonna happen on the hangover I had after spending an evening with Aileen's whole family.  I did it Monday instead.
