Fri       -
Sat     3  - longest run since January
Sun    2 - last 1/2 mile with no knee brace!

Week   9

Cardio still has a long ways to go but knee is feeling better every day.  All of these runs are at about 10 min pace.  Trying not to overdo it but did drop down to 8:45 for about 1/2 mile yesterday - it felt really good.
