Seems that you are most definitely on the mend, Kevin.  Regardless of any time spent, those 8 milers are inspiring.

Mon - Nothing
Tues - Nothing
Wed - 3 miles walk with friends
Thurs - 4 mile run/walk with friends followed by a massage (and it helped)
Fri - 15 miles cycling
Sat - 45 miles cycling
Sun - 5 miles running (slow, but nothing hurt); 1500 yds in the pool

Recovery continues - but I'm hoping to run a decent half in Columbus in October and then Atlanta on Turkey Day

Only 8 miles total this week but did 4 today without the knee brace!.  Longest run in 6 months and other than it being at a very slow pace, it felt great.  Dropped down to 8:50 pace for about 1/4 mile and it felt nice and easy.  Trying not to overdo things so backed way back for the balance of the run.
