13.3 miles for the week and the knee was pretty much pain-free, except for walking on the golf course yesterday...
I was hobbling like an old man - oh wait, I am an old man...

Actually ran a half marathon yesterday - 1st running race in a while.  1:45:57 on a surprisingly hilly course in Akron.  4th AG - so not too bad

Mon - Day off; Core class
Tues - 8 miles with speedwork (2 x 2K, 1k, 800m); Core work w/Jake
Wed - 34 miles Cycling; 20 min Brick Run (2.3 miles); Core class
Thurs - 1500 yds in Lake Erie (OWS); 7 miles easy
Fri - 23 miles cycling
Sat - 2 mile W/U with striders, Akron Half Marathon (13.1); 1.6 mile C/d (easy run back to car)
Sun - Lazy day off

WTD:  34 miles running
         57 miles cycling
         1500 yd OWS
