+1 on Michele's Half last week.  Nice job.  Interesting to see you continuing to do so much swimming and biking.

Also +1 on Michele's questions concerning Kevin's running while on Beta Blockers...  Kevin I'm amazed at how much you've been able to run so soon after your cardiac event.  Am I remembering correctly that you're doing a marathon shortly?

Mon - Core/strength
Tues - 7.5 including 3x1
Wed - Core/strength
Thurs - 11 w/9 @ MP
Fri - Core/strength
Sat - First 20 mile run this cycle
Sun - Rest/farming

Getting into the meat and potatoes of marathon training.  Pool has been closed for maintenance...looking forward to getting back in the pool.  Should have more time to bike now that farming is slowing down.

I was hoping Kevin would answer as we know your experience - and you seem to be back to your old times/paces even if you don't think so - you are, so I was curious since Kevin seems to be back quickly.  And yes, he is running Twin Cites which is this weekend.
