Recovery Week

Mon - Nothing, nada, felt good
Tues - Easy 1 hr ride - 16 miles
Wed - Core class followed by a quick 3.5 mile run
Thurs - Nothing, nada
Fri -   Core class, swim 1500 yds easy
Sat - 6 easy miles
Sun - 6 easy miles followed by 23 mile rid

Felt good to just be this week.

Mon - Core/strength, swim 2200 yds
Tues - Pilates, 10 mi including 3x2
Wed - Core/strength, swim 1800 yds
Thur - Pilates, 5 mi easy
Fri - swim 1800 yds including timed 1000 woohoo!
Sat - Cardio Circuit, 40th class reunion
Sun - Run Like Hell Half 2:04:56 2nd AG
         First real running race since my cardiac event and it felt good!

Man, you all are still at it.  I guess I dropped off the map when there was talk about this site dying.  Just happened to click on the link and I'm totally surprised to find that the boards are still alive.

Monday 90 min spin on the trainer
Tuesday 1:42 mtn bike ride, 1 hour walk on the TM 12% 3.7m
Wednesday 8 mile run
Thursday rest
Friday 13 mile run
Saturday rest
Sunday rest

I'm in taper for Pinhoti 100 on Nov 5th.  I'm not in the greatest shape right now but I'm hoping to finish on this last day of the Western States qualification window.
