Sorry to hear about the bike accident, Kevin. Hope you heal up fast.
Still holding it together although I've a got a few niggles.
Mon - Run 6.8 easy, hilly miles; Swim 2100 yds - mostly drills
Tue - Run 8.6 miles - Hill Repeats 5 x 3 min up; 5 x 3 min down w/2 min in between; Core & weights
Wed - 1 hr Indoor Cycle Class (3 x 10 min intervals), 30 min (3.4 miles) Brick Run
Thurs - 8 miles w/ 6 @ MP; Core & weights
Fri - 4.7 easy miles
Sat - 16 hilly miles with last 4 @ MP
Sun - 5 recovery miles; Swim 2500 yds
WTD: Run: 44.5 miles
Bike: 17 miles (indoors)
Swim: 4600 yds

33 miles this week with a long run of 14 miles yesterday with some friends training for LA next month. Glad I wasn't doing the full 20 they were doing....

Sounds scary Kevin...take care of yourself as you heal.
Mon- Core/strength, Swim 2200 yds
Tues- Pilates, 3.25 very easy on TM
Wed- Core/strength, Swim 2300 yds
Thurs- Pilates, 3 mi easy with striders
Fri- Swim 2400 yds mostly drill work
Sat - Travel day
Sun- Heart Breaker Half 2:09 AG 5/10 Gender 58/147 Overall 128/261
Hill Challenge (1 mile within half course) 9:49 AG 3/10 Gender 24/153 Overall 81/268
This was a fun event put on by my cardiologist. All things considered I'm pretty happy with the results even though it is my slowest half ever.
