It was a marathon, Kevin - Mike won a marathon.
Anyway - 3 wks out from Boston. Felt a bit tired this morning, but surprisingly ok on my ride and brick run.
Mon - Easy 5 miles, felt a bit tired after the 21.5 at Publix half; Swim 2000 yds
Tues - 10 miles done as 2 x 3 miles @ tempo pace (7:53) with 1/5 mile w/u and c/d; Strength and core
Wed - Swim 1900 yds, Bike hilly 16 miles with Bike Alpharetta group - fun
Thurs - 10.1 miles @MP, Core and strength with Kyle
Fri - Easy 6.2
Sat - 15 miles with last 6 @MP (or ME on 120 hill climb (1.5 miles up/1.5 miles down!)
Sun - 20 miles cycling followed by 5 mile Brick Run
Totals for the week: Run: 51.3 miles
Swim: 3900 yds
Bike: 36 miles
