Mon - off
Tue - 5 on treadmill, pretty easy to pull off.  Encouraging.
Wed - 4 on treadmill
Thur - 4 on treadmill, tired but not too much so
Fri - off
Sat - 3.25 off and on, abysmal, another crappy weekend run (treadmill)
Sun - 5 on treadmill, it wasn't a breeze but it wasn't too difficult.  Very pleased to finally have a solid weekend run.

Total = 21.25 miles

I'm thinking chipotle lunch might be the problem on my weekends.

This week will be another busy one.  I'd like to hit 23 miles this week, but as long as I am at 20+ again, I'll be pleased.  The next week I'll be targeting stretching my longest run to 5.5 or 6.  From there, I'll probably try to settle in to 25ish per week, but start to slowly pick up the pace.  Sure would be nice not to be carrying so much extra weight.  Dumbass.

Mon - Core/strength, Swim 2250 yds, Bike 11.5 to/from pool
Tue - Pilates, 4 mi easy
Wed - 5 mi easy, Swim 1950 yds, Bike 11.5 to/from pool
Thur - Pilates, Bike 42 miles with a nice big hill (group ride)
Fri - Swim 2150 yds, Bike to/from pool
Sat - 5.5 mi group trail run
Sun - core/strength, 7 mi easy

Busy week!  Resting HR is holding nice and steady.

Mon - Bike 25 miles.  Last hilly ride in Atlanta
Tues - Run 6.2 easy miles; Swim 2015 yds (according to my GPS) in Lake Lanier - so Open Water in the Lake
Wed - Drive to Cleveland
Thurs - Run 5 easy miles; Core and strength work
Fri - Run 4.3 miles in the cold rain; Swim 1800 yds
Sat - Run 10 miles in the cold rain
Sun - Run easy 5 miles - just drizzle, Activated Isolated Stretch class

WTD:  Run: 30.5 miles 
         Ride: 25 miles
         Swim: 3815 yds
