Fri     -             her crew on the final leg of their trek from

It was sooooooooo good to see Kevin at the mile 5 of our adventure!  We biked 334.5 (actually 346) in 5 days - yes we did it.   No running though.

Not sure this week is even worth reporting.  I returned from my trip tired and with a high resting HR.  I finally realized that I was catching a bug... 

Mon - Swim 2100 yds, Bike 11.5 to/from pool
Tues - Pilates, 3.25 mi easy
Wed - Swim 2450 yds, Bike 11.5 to/from pool
Thurs - Pilates, Took the rest of the day off to rest and try and beat this bug
Fri - Rest day...ugh
Sat - 5 mi easy
Sun - Rest day...heart rate soaring again.

Swim        4550           125,430

Feeling a bit better but my HR is still higher than I'd like.  We are super busy on the farm which isn't helping...
Oh well...next week is a new week.
