Getting back into my routine...and adapting to the heat.

Mon - 10.3 easy
Tues - Bike 22.6 easy commute
Wed - Swim, 2250 yds, Bike 11.5 to/from pool
Thur - Pilates, 7.25 w/5 @ MP
Fri - Swim 2300 yds, Bike 11.5 to/from pool
Sat - 12 mi @ easy/long run pace
Sun - Rest day (yard/garden/house chores followed by a family BBQ)

No heat here in Cleveland, but I will be back in Atlanta for a week, and I certainly expect some there.  

Recovery Week:

Mon - OWS Swim Clinic - swam randomly for 1.5 hrs, great class
Tues - Swim 1500 yds, Run 4 easy miles after working with trainer
Wed - Run 6.2 miles with 1 min pickups; Core class
Thurs - Bike 20 miles, easy day
Fri - Swim 2200 yds, Run 4 easy miles after swim
Sat - Run 9 miles on the trails w/friends
Sun - Bike 30 miles

WTD:  Run - 23 miles
         Bike - 50 miles
         Swim - 3500 yds
