Mon - Swim 2400 yds, bike 11.5 to/from pool
Tues - Pilates, 8 mi w/6 @ MP
Wed - Swim 2250 yds, Bike 11.5 to/from pool
Thur - Pilates, 13 mi easy
Fri - Rest (?) day
Sat - Bike 42.4 mi Crest the Cascades 3190' elevation gain - First sustained hill climb ever!
Sun - Swim 1.4 mi. in Lake Simtustus - First open water swim ever!

Swim    7110      142,290

Well that was in interesting...and challenging...fun week.
