Huge week this week - probably gonna be the biggest before Stone Mill.

T - 6 recovery w/ 6x strides
W - 7.1 commute
Th - off
F - 7.15 easy w/ 6x strides
S - 18.5 looooong w/ 5000' gain/loss
S - 18.25 looooong w/ 6200' gain/loss
Week - 71.5 (14.5hr)
