M - 3.2 recovery commute
T - 6 easy
W - 10 easy
Th - off
F - 7 recovery
S - 5 + 5 + 5 w/ 1hr between runs, all run at MP to HMP; 1hr20min spin afternoon
S - 1hr40min Rodale Fall Classic (25mi) running some course support/motivation/general fuckery with my buddy who works for them

Week - 41.3mi + 3hr bike

T - Ride 22 easy, flat miles
W - Day off
Th - Recovery swim - 1800 yds
F - Run 4.5 miles, Swim 2500 yds
S - Ride 62 miles, Swim 1800 yds
S - Run 7.4 miles - foot still sore

Decide to do IM 70.3 North Carolina

Wed - Swim 1950 yds
Thur - Core/strength, Pilates, Water run 45 minutes
Fri - 5 mi easy
Sat - Family stuff
Sun - 9 mi easy
