Wed - 6.0 easy miles
Thurs - Ride 29 miles, Swim 2100 m
Fri - 5.0 easy miles
Sat - 13.22 miles - Red Nose Half Marathon
Sun - Ride 23 miles; Brick run 2.2 miles
GEtting back into it.
Tues - 0

Mon - Core/strength
Tue - Pilates, Aqua jogging, Bike spin 30 minutes
Wed - Core/strength, Total Body Conditioning, Swim 1650 yds
Thur - Pilates, Aqua jogging, PT evaluation, Bike spin 30 minutes
Fri - Swim 1800 yds
Sat - Core/strength, 4 miles easy outdoors
Sun - Much needed rest day
Coming back from the flu and pneumonia is going to be tough. Pleased with some individual workouts but overall still feeling very fatigued.
Tue - Pilates, Aqua jogging, Bike spin 30 minutes
Wed - Core/strength, Total Body Conditioning, Swim 1650 yds
Thur - Pilates, Aqua jogging, PT evaluation, Bike spin 30 minutes
Fri - Swim 1800 yds
Sat - Core/strength, 4 miles easy outdoors
Sun - Much needed rest day
