Mon - Core/strength, Total Body Conditioning, swim 1950 yds, bike 30 min easy spin
Tue - 5.8 miles
Wed - Core/strength
Thur - Pilates, Aqua jog 45 min
Fri - Core/strength, swim 2500 yds, 7.25 mi
Sat - 4.8 mi group run
Sun - Family day
