Mon - Core/strength, Swim 2400 yds, Bike 15 (first ride with aerobars)
Tue - Pilates, 5 miles w/2x1
Wed - Core/strength, Swim 2600 yds, Bike 15 (still adjusting aerobars)
Thur - Pilates, 5 very windy miles
Fri - Core/strength, Swim 1700 yds, 8 miles easy with faster finish
Sat - Bike 28 (A bit windy but one of the nicer days we've had)
Sun - Mom's 80'th birthday party.
Nicer weather is much appreciated but it means I need to make time to help with farm work!
Tue - Pilates, 5 miles w/2x1
Wed - Core/strength, Swim 2600 yds, Bike 15 (still adjusting aerobars)
Thur - Pilates, 5 very windy miles
Fri - Core/strength, Swim 1700 yds, 8 miles easy with faster finish
Sat - Bike 28 (A bit windy but one of the nicer days we've had)
Sun - Mom's 80'th birthday party.

Mon - 5 easy miles, 2500 yds in the pool
Tues - 9.5 miles done as 4 x 1.5 mile w/400 rest; Core work
Wed - Swim 2900 yds, Bike 22 miles
Thurs - 10 miles @ MP. 13 total
Fri - 14 miles long run; Core and strength
Sat 5.8 hilly easy miles in Nashville
Sun - 4.6 easy miles in Nashville in the rain
WTD: Running 48.9 miles
Swimming 5400 yds
Biking 22 miles
Tues - 9.5 miles done as 4 x 1.5 mile w/400 rest; Core work
Wed - Swim 2900 yds, Bike 22 miles
