Mon- Total Body Conditioning, Swim 2400 yds
Tues- Pilates, 7 w/2x2
Wed- TBC, Swim 2950 yds
Thur- Pilates, Swim 2300 yds, Bike 20 miles hills
Fri- Bike 52.6 mi group ride
Sat- Canyon Crawl 13.4 miles
Sun- Much needed rest day!

Tough week...not huge YTD distances but I'm starting to feel more prepared.
Tues- Pilates, 7 w/2x2
Wed- TBC, Swim 2950 yds

Fri- Bike 52.6 mi group ride
Sat- Canyon Crawl 13.4 miles

F - 7.35 w/ 3x hill sprints + push/pull/core
S - 4.75 road + 11.4 w/ 5k' vert + 1.7 w/ 700' vert hike
S - 3.6 w/ 950' vert hike
Week - up and down and up and down
T - 6.3

Mon - 26.2 miles in driving rain and wind. Oh yeah, it was the Boston Marathon
