DROID BIONIC
Anyone else pick it up today? I did and it is a pretty awesome phone!! I got it at Costco for $20 less than Verizon, plus I got over $250 worth of accessories for free...

Nick how about a review after a few days? I'm seriously looking into this one. Did you have Verizon before you signed up at Costco? I have Verizon already and not sure if I have to go to Verizon to get it.

Most certainly will Alex...Yes, I had Verizon prior to purchasing my Bionic from Costco. In fact, I think that Best Buy is caring the phone, as well. So, I guess my point is that you do not have to buy it directly from Verizon. I also know that Amazon is selling it for $179...but you'll have to go to Verizon to get it activated if you went that route.

Re: DROID BIONIC
OK Alex...here's my review...
The phone is fast!! The dual core processor let's you navigate around the phone and through apps, like a mad man. Verizon's 4G LTE is very fast for both upload and download speeds. The 8mp rear camera is pretty decent and the forward facing camera allows you to Skype or Video Google Talk. The battery life is pretty good and much better than my OG Droid. I worked it hard the first day that I had it (including leaving the Wi-Fi search on, bluetooth on, and 4G LTE on) and got around 7 hours on the battery. I know that I could get get over 10 hours with normal use, probably even more than that.
All in all, it is the best Android phone on the market right now. But, if you are patient, there are a couple of Android phones (Nexus Prime and HTC Vigar) coming out in a couple of months that are supposed to be faster than the Bionic (which is hard to believe).

Too bad that Verizon does not work well where I'll be living in Ohio as the phone does sound fun and I'm getting tried of waiting for the next generation iPhone.
