Hey Dave unfortunately for us that is 99% of the time come baseball playoffs!
Great game last night, I had it on the TV at work with out any sound and was able to peak at it from time to time.

should have put some money down on this prediction. Ok, now I'm for the Brewers over the Cards and Detroit over Texas.

Wow, you could tell in the 4th inning that this one was over. He was nasty!!!
Ok, so which city qualifies for "Tastes great and which one stands for "Less filling" in the battle between beer cities?

+1. A-Rod, for sure. What'd he hit this time, .118?

Felt bad for Howard - his own fans were booing while he lay on the field. Sort of felt bad for Halladay too - had an unbelievable game, but just was up against Carp at his best...

So much for my prognostication skills. Both my World Series teams gone. Making no more predictions. All I will say is that nobody in baseball has played better than the Cardinals in the last 5-6 weeks.

Now that the Tigers have injury issues, I think my prediction has just gone south. Oh well, at least I still have Kyle Orton and his 50yd 1 INT passing day and perhaps the next best thing since sliced bananas dipped in key lime chocolate sauce in Tim Tebow.

Detroit should be ok. If you look at Mags numbers, they really aren't losing much...Texas just looks poised to win, though.

Texas looks hot. If they an keep pitching they have a chance. With Philly getting knocked out I don't think Cardinals or Brewer's can beat either the Tigers or Rangers.

The game is not over yet, but great game 2 for the Cards. Even I have to admit the bases loaded double play call was terrible though - Weeks was totally safe.
Unless Milwaukee has their own rally squirrel, they will go home 1-1. Go Cards!
