I get using the hosted images or linking to an image already on the internet, but how do you resize them with the BBCode?

I don't think you can resize an image in BBCode. You can resize it on upload to the host or on you own machine.

Depending on how the BBCode is implemented [img=100x75] will work to resize the image, but it doesn't work here. Bummer.
