Ah, Jerry...imitation is the highest form of flattery Smile

Second week of taper for me...slightly steeper than I had anticipated due to a flare up of hip tendonitis. But it's gone now.

Mon: Rest
Tues: 6
Weds: Rest
Thurs: 9
Fri: Rest
Sat: 12
Sun: 6

Total: 33 (seriously?? I hate taper!)

Yes, he does. The deal was he has to help me with at least two longer tempo runs next month while I prep for my PR attempt in early December.
