100 miles this week?

That's my goal. It would be by far the most miles I have done in a week as the most I have done is 88 a couple of years ago. Hopefully this thread will help keep me honest and not slack off - that's why I am blogging about it even before I have completed it. Here is what I have done so far:

Monday

AM - 10 easy

PM - 5 easy

Tuesday

AM - 12 easy/moderate

PM - 4 easy

Wednesday

AM - 6 easy

PM - 8-9 easy (heading out the door now!)

Wish me luck! (I'm going to need it as I'm starting to feel a bit sore)

Go for a single long run tomorrow (~16), 2 short easy ones Friday (4-5 each), 13 Sat, long run Sun.

Felt a bit sluggish today. 71 miles through five days. Last two and a half days were:

Wednesday

PM - 10 easy

Thursday

13 easy/moderate

Friday

AM - 5 easy

PM - 6 easy + strides

Hopefully 9-10 easy tomorrow and then 20 easy / MP on Christmas. Going to be tough I suspect given how I felt today.

No but only because I took Sunday off so I could spend the day with my girlfriend. Didn't think it was fair to disappear for four hours on Xmas morning. 81 for the week.

I can find no fault with that choice.

Yeah, really. You could have done 19 miles in just over 2 hours to make the century mark.

Plus shower, food, nap = ~4 hours
