Summer Weight Loss Challenge

Ok folks!

Here it is ... Summer Weight Loss Challenge!

Process: weigh in every Friday, post to this thread. I typically post all the results for the week on Monday evenings (so really, weigh in any time between Friday and Monday afternoon and I should catch it).

If you want to participate - I need the following:
Name
Starting Weight
Goal Weight

If we do a 12 week challenge - Week 1 weigh in will be June 24th, Week 12 weigh in will be September 16th.

And I'll ask that we get this thread sticky'd to the top of the Nutrition forum so it is easy to find.

So, who's in for some big-time fun!

I weigh myself every morning when I get up. Then I take the average for the week on Sunday. So . . . this Sunday:

Goal: 175

175 is a very conservative goal. Real goal is 170 by 12/1

I'm actually gonna get in on this one. Put on some weight over the past year.

Ah, the never-ending struggle to reach the ideal racing weight. I gained quite a few pounds from my miserable Spring training & failed Boston Marathon. I have lost a couple pounds since, but it such a slow process to get back to where I was, let alone loose a couple extra.

OK, I need some accountability. Start me at 166.4 as of last Friday 6/17. Goal is 158 with a stretch of 155, but that's probably not realistic.
