Re: Happy Birthday, America...
I celebrated by running a super hilly 10k in 90 degree heat.
Now, I get to drink craft beer and wait to eat these tasty ribs.

I ran 13 miles in 80 degrees at 5:15 this morning. Then had a fun breakfast at one of my running friend's house.

I tried out running above 12,000 feet at Rocky Mountain National Park. It was a lot of fun, especially as my body tried to deal with the lower air pressure.

I skipped the run, but played golf and cooled off in the pool with a few cold beverages.

Re: Happy Birthday, America...
I ran a fairly flat 10K but it started at 9 am, so it was a toasty 82F and 85% humidity (a nasty storm rolled through at about 10:30). Then we kind of got washed out until about 8 pm, but the fireworks across the lake still went off with a bang.

I ran 6 in high heat and humidity at 9am @ recovery pace. Didn't feel like a recovery to me - ugh.
