Post Marathon week 2
Monday 5
Tuesday 0
Wednesday 0
Thursday 6 (1kx5 with warm up and cool down)
Friday 0
Saturday 0
Sunday 9
TOTAL 20

I didn't worry much about how far or how fast. Just ran what I felt like. Started doing my kettlebell workouts again so that I do some cross training on the days I don't run.

Well, knee/leg issues are very slowly healing but I still have too much fluid/swelling going on. I have two more weeks to heal up but all the months of fitness seem to be slipping away as two days of rest are needed after each run.

Mon - rest
Tue - rest
Wed - 10 miles with 8 at tempo
Thu - rest
Fri - rest
Sat - 14 miles with 6 at pace
Sun - rest

Week - 24 miles
YTD - 2,194 miles

Take care of that achilles, Steve - don't think you can run through it.

Crazy week with no power, some taper, and then no race (for the best for me).

Mon - No running storm.
Tues - No running, no power
Wed - Power back, 3 miles leaping over obstacles in the rain
Thurs - 3 miles easy again leaping over obstacles in the drizzle
Fri - 5 miles easy
Sat - 9 miles
Sun - Off

Weekly mileage: 20 miles
