I think that he will, as a way to limit the criminal punishment he may face. Just not in this interview...

Yep, wouldn't surprise me if he kept that info in his pocket just in case he ends up needing it to avoid any serious prosecution. I did enjoy his dancing around the statute of limitations with the no cheating after 2005 stuff though.
