Congratulations Carleen - great job!  I'm just beginning marathon training (again) after being hurt (yet again) - I am using the Hanson Program of sorts, but will be only running 4 days a week and cycling the other 2-3 in an attempt to get to the starting line this November healthy.  7+ minutes for a half is huge - great job!!!
