It's showing tomorrow night (Wednesday) in my part of the town. Anyone going to see it? I'll be there.

Just saw a good review of it. Rome Marathon this time. Tell us what you think after you watch it! I really liked the first one.

I'm with Bobby I'm watching the Hawks game!!! Plus to be honest I really thought the first one was pretty cheesy and dumb. I could imagine sitting watching a second one.

But I'm sure at some point I will end up watching it because Lisa liked the first one and wants to see the second one.

C'mon, man, you are forgetting some of the stuff in there.  That stuff on Deena and the Keynan Daniel guy was awesome.  So cool to see what big time elites go through.  I can't remember much of the rest of it but there's some older guy who was super funny too.  It wasn't all dumb and cheesy.

Well, I went and watched it last night.  There were two 'elite' types highlighted, a fella from Ukraine and a woman from Rwanda.  I'm horrible with the names.  The other 5 were regular folks, some masters runners, someone doing their first marathon, someone running for a cause (but this was not dwelled upon).  Overall, I'd say it was entertaining.  Hal had a 15 second blurb and many of the other coaches past and present had blurbs as well.  The Rome marathon was highlighted and I can imagine that this race would be quite scenic.

One training feature that the Ukrainian fella used and I haven't heard any of you guys talk about here is utilizing plyometrics via hurdles.  Yep, you're missing out!  Smile
