I like the idea. I have a feeling it will be a "business" more than a charity soon after. Virtual marathon running solo pay to register get medal etc. I'd consider it as part of a multi marathon quest. Question is will it be a Boston Qualifier? Lol

Sounds like a great idea! Maybe it should be my come-back spring race. Very Happy  One of my friends just ran a virtual 10 miler. They must be catching on.

Like the idea.  Since I can't start running until October sometime, there's no way I'll make it to Boston 2014.  This would make me feel like I'm contributing without being there.  I'm going to post it on my FB page and see what sparks.
