Anybody else running the 5K on Saturday?
I'm actually training for the 5K, a big departure for me doing 5K specific workouts.
Basically doing 5K workouts with Marathon Long Runs.
I will try to race the 5K, and survive the Marathon.

Lisa is (Schuey's better half), but not I. I don't even arrive until Saturday morning as of right now - the wisdom of United airlines and changing flights as they shutdown their Cleveland hub.
