Caroline Kilel is out. She dropped out.

At 20 miles, Buzunesh Deba (ETH) takes women's lead in Newton Hills. (1:46:45) Lead pack down to 4 runners. Shalane Flanagan (USA) falls out of pack. Caroline Kilel (KEN) drops out of race

Ugh. I can never understand why these elites push so hard at the beginning. What's the point in leading for the first 18 miles if you die at Mile 19?
