38 or so.  Ran the Bayshore HM.  1AG.  1:25:06.  Not too bad 5 weeks out from Boston.  Best ever ag adjusted.  Beat a guy who'd won this age group the last three yrs.  Passed him in the last 1.5 miles.  Kinda cool.  Met Dave Bussard.  Rode up on the bus together.  Hung around together for a couple of hours before the race.  Introduced him to some of my flock.  He ran fast.....as usual.  1:20.  Sucks that he'll be in my AG next yr.

Nice meeting you and your flock, Michael. And congrats on your AG win. We swept the 50's!!! I can assure you my run was nothing short of a miracle. I have felt like crap for the past seven weeks. Missed many days due to my heal/ham/groin issues; the days I have run have been mostly slow, uncomfortable limps and a few easy long runs with my daughter. I wasn't sure I could even finish the race... I have no idea how I ran nearly 6:00 pace. It was definitely the magic of the race!
