Yeah, I stopped to pee in a 5K! Pretty wild. But even more wild ... when I stopped to take a leak and opened my pants the heat blasted out like I was opening an oven door. I could have baked some bread in there ... just sayin'.

Do you have a reputation for being "hot" Kevin?

My hamstring saga continues.  Just when I thought I was in good shape from the last strain in June, boing - at the end of some repeat miles.  Wasn't blasting the pace but was moving pretty hard and made a quick push right at the end to maintain pace.  Hmmm -- hopefully I haven't derailed my CIM hopes in December.  Supposed to start my 12 week cycle next week so taking it easy next week.  Just ran 38 last week.  Then took 3 days off.
